What a wonderful world!

Lazy.

It has been a while since I updated my blog.  I guess I have just been lazy and/or busy. So I'll catch you up on a few things.

Weekend of February 3rd, my dad and Janice came up from Florida to celebrate Nathan's 8th Birthday.  Wow.  Hard to believe he is 8 years old!  Dad also showed Mike how to install crown molding. Mike is going to finish the rest of the room in the house this weekend.  HaHa.  :)  Thanks Dad! It really does look  awesome!

The next weekend, Nathan ended up with an ear infection and the flu.  Oh yea!!

Valentine's Day was fun. I went to Andrew's school and partied with the 4 year olds.  :)  And then the boys to Walmart to spend their Valentine money.  :)

Last weekend, my mom came over to celebrate Nathan's birthday. Lunch and some shopping.  Fun Fun!!!

And good golly. It is almost Friday again. I am going to the scrapbook store this Saturday to scrap with some friends (Hi Terri). And Sunday, we ring handbells at church.

Other than that, nothing too exciting here.  :)

Cleaning Time

Well Nathan had a headache when I picked him up from school Thursday.  Gave him some ibuprofren and it went away.  He had a headache again in the moring. So I kept him home for a while.  He did not have a few. Just a headache that went away after I gave him ibuprofren.  He said he felt fine.  So I took him to school.  I was in contact with his teacher all day and she said he was fine.  But after school about 6:00, he ended up with a 103 fever.

Saturday, Mike had to work. SO I took Nathan to the doctor.  Slight ear infection. AND.  He tested positive for the flu.  Ugh!!!  They gave us some Tamiflu for him and sent us home.

So yesterday, i cleaned like a mad woman.  And lysoled the house and anything that could not go in the washing machine.  All sheets, towels, blankets, and clothes were washed.  Everything else was Lysoled.  I do not want to get this!!!!

He is great this morning. And even asked for McDonalds for lunch.  Whew.

More Snow! Yeah!

Yeah!  We got more snow today.  Our friends came over to play with us today too.  Ian and Colleen came over and played and taught the boys to rolls the snow to make a big snow ball for our snowman. Of course, after the snowman was all together, Andrew wanted to eat it.  HaHa!

And then Michael and Charles came over and we played on the sled until it started raining/sleeting.  That was fun too.

Hoping Dad brings some FL sunshine with him here tomorrow.  :)
